Meet Ch. Rockback’s Carnival King– “Rex”, owned by Judy Price and CathyAnn Litwin. Rex was bred by CathyAnn Litwin and Mark Litwin. He is from a very special breeding. He and his brother Rowan are the last puppies out of Pearl. Rex started his show career at the Morris and Essex Kennel Club Show on October 6, 2005. We were thrilled. His very first show at just six months of age Rex took first place in Sweepstakes under judge James Mitchell. Later that same day in regular classes he again took first place under Judge Terry Stacey. We were so proud of our red boy. In April 2006, Rex went to the Wilmington Kennel Club show and out of the Bred By Exhibitor class went Reserve Winners Dog under Breeder Judge Bonnie Threlfall. Rex then decided to take a few months off and just be a dog. He has become the favorite dog in the neighborhood. All the children ask if Rex can come out and play. He has a very busy social calendar. He is the typical English Cocker. He just wants to be in the mix of all the people and fun. Rex recently picked up 4 points, the last being his win at Glens Falls, New York. We are very proud of this all around beautiful red boy!!! We took Rex to American Spaniel Club 2007 and won the Open Solid Dog Class. We are very happy to see this boy succeed. In late June 2007, Rex went Winners Dog and took his first major in southern MD under judge Houston Clark. In early July 2007, Rex went to the South Carolina shows with Kelly
Fitzgerald and took back to back majors. Rex finished with three majors. |
